Votaniko offers botanical dietary supplements, food supplements, and daily wellness vitamin formulations designed to support everyday nutritional balance and routine self-care. Each product page details the herbal ingredients, pack quantity, and botanical form. Product images show the character of our goods, though actual jars or boxes may have slight packaging variations.

Your order is submitted once you finish the checkout steps. We send an immediate confirmation by email, and our sales agreement takes effect when we dispatch your parcel. If an item runs out or we cannot confirm your information, we may decline an order and promptly refund any amount already paid.

All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where it applies. Postage charges are displayed at checkout before you finalize payment. We accept Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. If an obvious pricing mistake occurs, we reserve the right to correct it before shipping and let you decide whether to proceed or cancel.

You can check our shipping methods, schedules, and postage fees on the Delivery and Payment page. Responsibility for your package passes over to you as soon as the parcel is delivered.

We photograph the real jars and botanical batches we package. Screen settings, room lighting, and browsers can slightly shift how tones appear, so minor color differences are not considered flaws or reasons for return shipping costs. Full weights, ingredients, and jar measurements are listed on every product page.

We take full care of your parcel until the driver hands it to you or someone you asked to receive it at your doorstep. Once delivered, the care of the parcel transfers to you. If you notice any outer box damage, please mention it to the driver and notify us within 48 hours.

You are welcome to return unopened items within 45 days of receiving them, following our Returns page. Votaniko Botanicals I.K.E. warrants that all dietary supplements and botanical products comply with Greek and European Union food supplement safety regulations, conform to declared label specifications, and maintain batch integrity up to the printed expiration date when stored in cool, dry conditions as instructed.

• Custom-prepared or personalized vitamin combinations tailored to individual order specifications.
• Botanical products or dietary supplements with a short remaining shelf-life or rapid expiration risk.
• Sealed nutritional supplements, vitamin bottles, or herbal extracts unsealed after delivery, excluded from return due to public health and consumer hygiene protection under Greek and EU law.
• Products that have been inseparably mixed with other goods or substances following physical delivery.
• Any unsealed digital media, electronic guidance brochures, or downloaded health literature associated with orders.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Greek law, the total cumulative liability of Votaniko Botanicals I.K.E. arising out of or related to any order shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by the customer for the specific goods in question or €100, whichever amount is lower. Nothing written in these terms reduces our legal liability where consumer protection law forbids it.

You need to be at least 18 to purchase from our shop. Please take our botanical formulas strictly as directed on the label, and remember they do not replace guidance from a doctor.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, specifically Greek Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection, with exclusive jurisdiction assigned to the competent civil courts of Athens, Greece. If we cannot work through an issue together by talking, the matter will be settled in the court where our business is registered, without affecting your rights under local consumer laws.
