Votaniko delivers daily wellness vitamins and botanical dietary supplements exclusively within the territory of Greece. Orders placed before our daily cut-off time undergo immediate verification and are dispatched through reliable local logistics networks.

Delivery estimates are calculated in working days from the moment your parcel leaves us. Remote addresses may take an extra 1-2 days.
- We deliver your parcel for free across Greece when your order reaches €45; smaller baskets cost €3.50 for delivery.
- Your box will arrive within 1-2 business days after we ship it.
- Place your order before 14:30 on any working day, and we will dispatch your parcel that same day.
- We welcome returns within 45 days of arrival, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original box.
- Payment: cash on delivery, bank transfer.
3. Order processing
If you place your order before 14:30 on a business day, it ships that afternoon. Orders coming in later, over the weekend, or on bank holidays go out the next working day. You will receive an email confirmation with your order number as soon as you finish checking out.
All vitamin bottles and dietary supplement containers are prepared using factory-sealed, tamper-evident neck bands and airtight inner foil seals. Parcels are packed in shock-absorbing corrugated boxes with thermal insulating material to safeguard nutritional integrity against ambient temperature fluctuations during transit across Greece.
4. Tracking your parcel
Upon parcel handover to the courier, an automated electronic notification containing a direct tracking number is sent via email and SMS for continuous parcel monitoring.
5. Lost or delayed parcel
If your tracking stays still for 5 business days, please send your order number to our team at [email protected]. We will ask the delivery service to trace your parcel, and we will happily send a fresh package or issue a complete refund, whichever you prefer, within 10 business days of your message.
6. Damaged on arrival
Inspect the parcel outer carton upon delivery in Greece. If physical transit damage or product leakage is visible, instruct the courier to log the incident, take photographic evidence of the damaged parcel and bottle seals, and submit the details to [email protected] within 48 hours for immediate replacement.
7. Payment methods
We gladly accept Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We will never ask you for your card details or banking passwords over the phone or by email.
8. Delivery outside Greece
We deliver our botanicals to select countries. You will see the exact shipping fees and estimated delivery times at checkout before finalizing your purchase. Any local import duties that might apply are the responsibility of the recipient.
