You are welcome to return any botanical product from Votaniko within 45 days of receiving it, whatever the reason. On this page, we outline the simple guidelines, the process, delivery costs, and how soon you will receive your money back.
1. Conditions
To be eligible for a refund within the 45-day return window from delivery, items must remain in their original delivered condition. Vitamin bottles and dietary supplements must be strictly unopened, unused, with all tamper-evident outer bands, shrink-wraps, and internal safety seals fully intact, accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Returning a product to our shop
- Submit an electronic return request to [email protected] specifying your order number, item descriptions, and reason for return within 45 days of delivery.
- Obtain an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code along with the designated return logistics hub address in Greece.
- Pack the unopened products securely in protective outer cardboard packaging with all factory safety seals intact and enclose the RMA document inside.
- Receive your refund via direct bank transfer within 3-10 business days after our warehouse team completes technical inspection and verifies safety seal integrity.
3. Who pays return shipping
If a bottle arrived damaged or we sent the wrong herbal blend, we cover the postage by emailing a prepaid label or booking a courier. If you simply decided you do not need it, you only pay for the return postage, with no extra fees deducted.
4. Refund timing and method
We issue your refund within 3 business days once the item passes inspection. Orders paid upon delivery are refunded via bank transfer to the account you share with us, while bank transfers return to the account you paid from. Banks normally show the credited funds within 1 to 5 business days.

6. Exchanges
If you would like a different botanical formula or size, please send the unopened item back following our return process and place a fresh order online. We will refund the original item once it arrives at our workshop. When an exchange happens because of our error, we cover all shipping costs for the replacement.
7. Cancelling an order
You can cancel your purchase at no cost as long as it has not yet left our workshop. Simply drop a message to [email protected] with your order number. Once your box has shipped, our standard return process takes over.
